Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

You may return any in‑stock product within 15 days of delivery for a partial refund or store credit. Custom‑made saddles and accessories are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.

Restocking Fee

All returns incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or credit amount.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include a copy of your order receipt or packing slip in your package so we can process your refund or credit promptly.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be in new, resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for products that are damaged, worn, or missing original packaging.

Title & Refund Processing

We do not assume ownership of returned goods until they arrive at our facility. In rare cases, we may issue a partial refund or credit before the item is returned; in such instances, the product remains your responsibility.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the package leaves our warehouse and is in the carrier’s custody. We aren’t liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

How to Initiate a Return

Email “Refund & Return Request” to info@flyendurancesaddles.com with your order number and reason for return. Ship your return to:
